  • Is the show accessible for people with reduced mobility?
    Yes, we welcome people with reduced mobility to the shows under certain conditions: - Only during the 9pm performance - Please inform us when you buy your tickets so that we can welcome you in the best conditions: different entrance and organization
  • Where can we park?
    We invite you to park on the parking lot of the tanners, the parking lot of the mall, the market place or on the banks of the Loire.
  • At what time is it advisable to arrive?
    If you have purchased your tickets, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the start of the performance. If you have not purchased your tickets, we recommend that you come to the box office during the day.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Pets are allowed, provided they are kept on a leash and you pick up after them.
  • I lost or forgot a personal item, how do I get it back?

  • What happens in case of bad weather?
    When the weather is uncertain, the show is maintained. The decision to cancel the show can only be made at the last moment. In any case, you must go to the venue. In case of cancellation on our part : - if cancelled before the beginning of the show or up to the Louis XI stage: refund or postponement of the tickets - if cancelled after the Louis XI stage: no refund possible.
  • Where and when can I collect my tickets?
    You can collect your tickets on the days of the show at the ticket office (montée Abd El Kader) from 10 am.
  • Can I come and see the show without making a reservation?
    Yes, you can buy your tickets until the last minute while seats are available.
